Warranty Start Date: The warranty starts from the date we hand over your device to you after the repair or purchase.
At SJ Device Doctor, we are committed to high-quality repairs and products. This policy explains what our warranty covers.
1.1 Repair Warranty
- All repairs are covered by a depand on warranty on parts and labour, starting from the date we hand the device back to you.
- If the same fault returns within the warranty period, we will repair the device free of charge.
- This warranty does not cover:
- New damage from drops, accidents or liquid exposure after the repair
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling or repairs by another provider
- Faults unrelated to the original repair
1.2 Warranty on Devices Purchased from Us
- Refurbished or other devices bought from SJ Device Doctor are covered by a [X]-month warranty from the date of purchase.

- This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1.5 Refunds and Replacements
- If a product is found to be defective and cannot be repaired, we may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation and applicable laws.
